Evoke Collaborative teamed up with Media Loft to provide lighting design for over a dozen meetings for United Health Group and its sister company, Optum.

These meetings varied from 500-person analyst gatherings to large-scale presentations for 1,500 attendees, some of which included a trade show floor. Many of these events, including smaller town halls, were webcast to offices worldwide. Evoke Collaborative’s expertise was crucial in ensuring presenters looked flawless both in the room and on IMAG for the 1,500 attendees, as well as during the online simulcast. This required close collaboration between the designer, programmer, camera operator, shader, and video technical team.
